M.R. Furniture collects basic customer information such as your name, phone number, address, and email to fulfill orders and provide relevant updates. This information is securely stored through Shopify and select third-party platforms. With your consent, we may use this information to send you promotional messages or special offers. You may unsubscribe at any time.
Payment Terms
We accept all major credit cards through Shopify’s secure checkout system. The full order amount, including taxes and delivery fees, is charged at the time of purchase.
Pricing Disclaimer
All prices listed on our website are subject to change without notice. While we make every effort to ensure accurate pricing, errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust any orders placed at the incorrect price.
Shipping & Delivery
We deliver only within the state of California, primarily serving Los Angeles, Glendale, Burbank, North Hollywood, and surrounding cities. Orders outside these areas may require a consultation before acceptance.
If an item is in stock, delivery typically occurs within 2–3 business days, depending on the location. Our team will contact you to schedule a delivery window. For all other items, standard delivery estimates range from 7–10 business days for shipping and 2–3 weeks total, depending on the destination.
White Glove Delivery
White glove delivery is available for qualifying orders and includes in-room placement, basic assembly, and packaging removal. This service is offered free of charge for orders over $999. For smaller orders, white glove delivery may be available for an additional fee upon request.
Please ensure that the space is cleared in advance. Our delivery team does not mount items to walls, connect electrical components, or perform structural modifications.
In-Home Sizing Deposit Policy
We offer professional in-home sizing consultations to help ensure the perfect fit for your space. A $200 deposit is required to book this service. If you choose to purchase furniture from us afterward, the full deposit will be credited toward your final order. This way, you get peace of mind and your money goes right back into your dream setup.

Warranty Information
Customers are responsible for inspecting all items at the time of delivery. If any damage is identified, it must be reported and documented before signing the invoice. If the invoice is signed and the delivery is accepted without damage noted, no exchanges or claims will be honored.
If an item is confirmed to be damaged during delivery and we do not have a replacement in stock, the amount paid for that item will be credited toward another product of your choice.
We do not offer refunds.
Return/Exchange Information
We do not accept returns. All sales are final once the item is delivered in good condition.
Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that point, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations, especially if shipping or processing has already begun.
Customer Responsibility
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all furniture will fit through entryways, stairwells, elevators, and designated spaces. Our team will not disassemble items or modify furniture to accommodate tight access. If delivery fails due to improper measurements, redelivery fees may apply.
Product Disclaimer
Product color, texture, grain, and finish may vary slightly from images shown online. Variations in natural materials (such as wood, fabric, leather) are not considered defects. If you’d like additional product photos before purchase, please contact us.
Proposition 65 Warning

- All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping partners or manufacturer issues.
